The buzz and satisfaction created through the development of The Wellness Angels seemed to become infectious. It felt that the more the concept grew, the more people wanted to help. We know we are on a journey, we know our mission will continue to grow and the best way to succeed is to surround ourselves with brilliance and positivity.

Don brings a wealth of experience and passion to the wellness space, shaped by a unique journey through professional sports, leadership development, and a commitment to helping others unlock their potential.
As a former professional rugby player, Don understands the power of mental and physical resilience, having navigated the highs and lows of elite performance. Today, he channels those lessons into guiding individuals toward emotional control, effective communication, and self-awareness—key foundations of a thriving, well-balanced life.
Don is the founder of Identity Human and creator of the Unshakeable course, a digital program designed to help people develop a high-performing mindset. His work blends personal experience with proven strategies to help others confidently and clearly navigate life’s challenges. Alongside this Don has a leadership development business where he looks to help leaders develop themselves as well as their teams to be able to effectively navigate the levels of performance required in their role.
Beyond his professional work, Don is a proud father of four, a devoted husband, and a strong advocate for multi-generational living. He is driven by a vision to inspire others to invest in their well-being and create a brighter, more connected future for generations to come.

Could professional rugby and a mission to spread wellness and support be further away from each other in this day and age. The answer, you won’t be surprised to hear is ” Yes ” they are miles apart. So why am I supporting The Wellness Angels. The answer is simple. There are times that life can be tough, there are times when some support is needed. Be that in work, be that at play, the reality is we need somewhere to go, somewhere to turn to. The Wellness Angels are there for you and I will be supporting their work , taking it into my sporting and since retirement from rugby my business network to connect and make a difference. Their positive impact is there for all to see and I’m proud to be supporting all their endeavours … ML
Tors are a dynamic trio hailing from Devon, UK. Known for their catchy hooks, emotive lyrics and angelic harmonies. In 2019, the three-piece toured UK/Europe performing sold-out shows supporting artists such as Tom Walker, John Newman, Walking On Cars, and Picture This. More recently, they hit the road with X Ambassadors, Duncan Laurence, and Sam Ryder across the UK and Europe; the success of which has secured them a place as main support on Sam Ryder’s UK headline tour in March 2023 where they will be playing to over 30,000 fans in just 2 weeks and headlined EU and UK dates throughout the summer 2023.
